Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated content. LAMU.CLUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAMU.CLUB, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LAMU.CLUB IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lamu.club, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of The Republic of Korea. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
